Description:Translation (Rita Seng Mai) Once upon a time, there was an orphan boy. He climbed a fruit tree. At that moment, a ghoul sitting on a large rock asked him to give it some fruit. But instead of throwing it fruit, he dropped the knife into the ghoul's mouth. The ghoul died because of it. Then the orphan boy pushed the large rock into the stream, blocking the water that the villagers used for drinking and bathing. When the palace servants went to fetch water, they saw that a large rock was blocking the waterway and couldn't collect any water. So they sat there feeling depressed. The orphan boy said to the king, "I can move that rock!" The king said, "If you can move it away, I will give you anything you want!" He asked the king, "What will you give me then?" The king replied, "Anything! Whatever you ask for! Even my palace." Then the orphan boy used the ghoul's stick and easily moved the large rock. But the king tricked him and didn't give him anything. Therefore, the orphan boy brought the rock back and blocked the stream again. At that time, the king said to him, "I will give you half of my palace. I will let you marry the princess, too." Then the orphan boy used the ghoul's stick and broke the rock open. He married the princess, got half of the palace, and lived there happily.
