While doing this, he explains that atheeh can be eaten in different ways, such as roasting and frying. He shares that this food was the main source of sustenance for their foreparents, who relied on atheeh during long hunting trips in the jungle without carrying rice. He mentions that he harvests atheeh regularly, especially in remembrance of their foreparents, to ensure that the current generation doesn’t forget the food of their ancestors.
