| Description: | This is regarding the birth ritual and naming of a new born child. At first name is given to a child by the elder person (male or female) of a clan. Naming rituals for the Wangsu and Wangpan clans vary. Then after around 5 days, mock training is done to a child. That means the mother, baby and caretaker of the baby go to their the village gate. After that a child can go to the field or other places leaving home. After 5 months, there is another ritual is called 'tunthut', in this parents will feed soft and delicacy food items to a child for the first time. . Language as given: | |
