Description:		The recording is an oral history/life story interview including memories related to everyday life in Žejane. Topics include: memories of Grandpa Andrija; the end of Italian rule; memories of the village inn belonging to the Doričić lu Martinina family; village general store in the past; father's blacksmith shop; destruction of the village in 1944; imprisonment of villagers during World War II; life in the village immediately after World War II, including bellringers; personal experience as a blacksmith (shoeing horses). The recording and transcript are in the Zheyanski dialect. A Croatian translation of the transcript is provided.
