| Description: | This is a language learning program for young children and their parents conceived and written by Zvjezdana Vrzić and Viviana Brkarić. It consists of an audio/music CD with rhymes, words, a couple of poems and spoken paragraphs in Vlashki language organized into 39 sections and seven thematic groups (Introduction; Things you can do; Seasons; Numbers; Animals; Food; School). Interspersed among the spoken language are eight original children's songs written and composed by Viviana Brkarić. The songs are sung by Lorena Jardas and the children who attended the Vlashki language learning playroom in Šušnjevica at that time. The voiceover is done by Viviana Brkarić. The CD is accompanied by a booklet including the transcript of all spoken language and the lyrics of songs with their translations into Croatian and English. The booklet also includes a thematically organized Glossary for Parents listing Vlashki words appearing in the program that bear no relation to Croatian and are not likely to be easily recognized by parents who are not proficient in Vlashki. | |
