| Description: | Tal'ane Abusho and Mahane Dohanbaabo performs various types of songs. Tal'ane sings her signature song, the song of the song of the gen'a- and the gabar-antelope (gen'ike gabarke: file 001), which she accompanies by plucking the lyre. Next Tal'ane and Mahane sing two mourning songs (yeepi yetts): shoc ('mourning beer', file 002) and shiibbe (file 003), during these songs Mahane plucks the lyre. File 004 is Tal'ane's autobiographical song in the plucked Kaldi Baaba rhythm. Mahane takes over from her to perform a lyre song in the gel'o-rhythm. File 005 is a mourning song in the kari baaba-rhythm performed together by Tal'ane and Mahane, with Tal'ane leading in the song and with Mahane replying and playing the lyre. Files 006 and 007 are weddings songs, the very widespread sibaake siwaane-song (file 006) and the song bolide (file 007) in the asshamo-rhythm. The last two songs are again two mourning songs: shiibbe (~ shiippe) in file 008 and lawwaso in file 009.
