Description:		Ibu Karlien describes the ingredients and procedures for making the traditional Tonsawang dish known as "Sopulut". Sopulut is a type of wok fried pancake which is made from various green leafy vegetables, sago flour, and spices. The video footage for this session was recorded on a Zoom Q8. The .mov format has been converted to .mp4 using the Handbrake program. The audio was also recorded on a Zoom Q8 in .wav format using a Senhesier wireless lapel microphone. This bundle includes an ELAN project (.eaf) file with baseline transcription, word-level transcription, morpheme-by-morpheme glossing, and free translation in English. The information in this .eaf file is intended as a preliminary analysis of the data. Additional analysis is currently ongoing with the aim of producing a more detailed description of the phonology, morphology, and syntax.
