| Description: | In this short narrative Daria Nadeina tells about a woman who went to eat in a restaurant in town and then tried to buy one of the coats hanging in the cloak room from the indignant cloak room attendant. It was recorded in August 2007 by Elena Kalinina and Ol'ga Birjuk, and transcribed and glossed in 2017 by Daria Bikina, with Daria Nadeina providing the Russian translation. The transcription and glosses were checked and corrected by Brigitte Pakendorf, and questions were clarified with Daria Nadeina. // В этой короткой записи Дарья Ивановна Надеина рассказывает про женщину, которая, приехав в город и проголодавшись, пошла в ресторан и потом пыталась купить у гардеробщицы чужое пальто. | |
| This project focuses on the documentation of Negidal, a highly moribund Northern Tungusic language spoken by at most a handful of individuals on the Amgun’ and Lower Amur rivers in the Russian Federation. The language comprises two dialects, Upper and Lower Negidal, of which the latter might already be extinct. The project will result primarily in an extensive corpus of interlinearized texts from the Upper dialect together with accompanying audio recordings. | ||
