Wind noise across mic. Cassette mechanism noise on recording. Very poor quality (cheap) Government tape stock - obvious problems recording, as the mechanism constantly siezes - Dutton says, That's the end of that very badly jerking tape, and that's the end of that interview - but then after ~5min silence (edited from ingestion), recording resumes with change of interviewee. | |
